WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED
We are a full-service apparel manufacturing provider, taking care of everything – from idea to execution. To turn your ideas into reality, follow the information and details that we may need to take note of before we can begin the exciting creative journey.
1. TOUCH BASE WITH US
After submitting the inquiry, provide us with some basic sketches or design file or photo. we will communicate with you about style details, fabrics and accessories, as well as technical requirements.
2. COMMUNICATION FABRIC
A photo and video of the fabric will be sent to you so you have a better idea of what material will be used and why it is suitable. Sample photos will be sent for you to choose the colors.
3. SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
You don’t need to know much about garment production or spend a lot of time making detailed teak packs; Provide us with some basic sketches or a photo; We will start sampling and send you photos of the prototype sample.
4. QUOTES
When the sample is suitable and approved, we will send you a quote. After paying the deposit, we will start purchasing fabrics and mass production process.
5. PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
We will send you a pre-production sample. This is the first sample made in the factory’s current production line. It is constructed with the actual fabrics intended for the design and trims with all order specifications regarding measurements, embroidery and washes.
6. BULK PRODUCTION
Once you are satisfied with the pre-production sample, we will start bulk production after receiving your approved samples.
7. CHECKS AND QUALITY CONTROLS
When the bulk production is finished, our QC team will inspect the products to make sure there are no problems. We will repair the parts and correct any problems before the products are sent to the packing department.
8. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
We have come to the last part! During this stage, we will help you manage the shipping documents and ensure that your products are shipped to your doorstep. It is at this stage that the final payment of the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
